Is my credit card payment secure? Absolutely ! We accept all major credit cards through Authorize.net ..... Paypal..... and Google Checkout. All of these payment gateways are certified secure. Your information will never be stored by Robins Busy birds..... we do not ever recieve your credit card number. It is all done through the secure payment gateways.

Can all items I purchase be combined for shipment? Yes... Each category of the store.... has a combined shipping for that category. All scrapbooking embellishments and sewing patterns are set to ship at 2.95 per order, regardless of quantity in the USA. Ty beanies ship FREE.... Tea ships for 5.95 per order, regardless of quantity in the USA. Some items in the store are priced according to weight at this time. Do you ship Intenationally? Yes. All items will be calculated to your country. Robins Busy Birds has an excellant reputation for International shipping. We sold on Ebay for over 4 years and have shipped all over the world. What shipper do you use? We send most all items by USPS. Some larger or heavier items may ship UPS. In that instance we must have a physical address to ship to as UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Can I get Insurance? Yes. Insurance is optional for all US orders going by USPS. UPS has insurance on all packages up to $100 included in the shipping. International has a whole different insurance policy from the companies and we do not offer insurance on International purchases at this time. When do my items ship? Items ship within 24 hours of payment being cleared, by any pay method you choose. Do you provide tracking? Yes. All USA packages have tracking numbers. International packages have a tracking number on the Priority packages. First Class packages will have a customs number only. We can provide you with those by email.
