Super cute Childrens Place velour dress. It is a very vibrant hot pink color. Size 8. Dress has been cut and unevenly fringed at the sleeves and the bottom of the dress. Yes we did it on purpose ! We used it as a Red Hat Costume for my daughter. (It was fabulous with added accessories.) Measures 14.5" arm pit to arm pit, and 38" in length from shoulder to hem.Excellant distressed condition.
